Has anyone ever tried Zumba? If you haven't, you should! I am a dancer, which makes this workout the best for me, but anyone can do it. It is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that uses music to really get you moving. Not only is it a lot of fun to do but the work out is amazing! You really feel sore after, and one thing I have always said, "If you are not sore, you aren't doing it right!"
Check with your local gym or school to see if they offer Zumba classes. This workout is quickly spreading and rightly so. I only started over the summer, but I am addicted and plan on being a life-long Zumba member.
If you are not the greatest dancer, don't worry, every step is broken down and starts as a step-by-step and increases in speed. Plus, you'll learn dance moves you can use outside the workout scene.
Warning: You WILL want to go out dancing after this. Gets me every time.
